Dr. Brent Engelberg – Clinical Director
Brent Engelberg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Indiana University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Engelberg’s restorative dental practice in Arlington Heights, Illinois serves residents of Chicagoland and the Northwest Suburbs, providing exceptional cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Engelberg has committed himself to continuing education in the most state-of-the-art procedures and techniques. Each year, he obtains over 100 hours of education from the world’s foremost dental professionals, educators, and dental laboratory technicians. Dr. Engelberg is a co-founder and co-director of Total Advantage Live Patient Seminars, and has published articles on cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Engelberg lectures to his peers, has been interviewed on cosmetic dentistry, and is also a co-director of the Lake Cook Dental Study Club. Having an advanced dental team around him is the true reason for his success. The people who help Dr. Engelberg accomplish his level of dentistry include: Dr. Engelberg’s clinical team and staff within his practice, his outstanding laboratory support (including Smiles, Inc. and Brad Jones, FAACD), and a network of outstanding dental specialists. Every individual plays an important role in achieving one goal: the best treatment outcome for each patient. Dr. Engelberg prides himself in providing patients with the most up-to-date treatment options and delivering what is promised prior to treatment.
In his free time, Dr. Engelberg enjoys basketball, bicycle riding, classical music, landscape design, and golf. He and his wife, Megan, have three children — their son Charlie, and twin girls, Emma and Laney. Spending time with Megan and the children happily takes up much of his free time. Dr. Engelberg is always available to help mentor other dentists in his community and others as part of lectures or continuing educational programs and dental study clubs.

Brad Jones, FAACD – Technical Director
Brad Jones is a Fellow member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) making him one of only four ceramists in the world to hold this honor. He is also an AACD accreditation examiner and recently served four years on the AACD Board of Directors.
He is an international lecturer, author, and instructor on advanced dental ceramics. Brad founded and co-directed Total Advantage Live(live patient seminars) where dentists and technicians are taught hands-on smile design.
Brad currently owns and operates a boutique laboratory, Smiles, Inc. (formerly Professional Dental Arts), in Boise, Idaho where his exclusive service is smile design including complex, full mouth reconstruction. This has given Brad the opportunity to create some of the most beautiful smiles in the world.

Clinical Staff
Kasia Staniszewski has 12 years of experience in the field of dentistry, and has collaborated with Dr. Engelberg on over 250 cosmetic cases. She has attended courses with Dr. Engelberg in all aspects of cosmetic and restorative dentistry, practice management, and case presentation. Kasia has a very good chairside manner with all patients, and as an actual patient of Dr. Engelberg is a great example to patients of what cosmetic dentistry can provide. Kasia works with Gosia on all larger cosmetic cases to provide the best care for patients in Dr. Engelberg’s practice.
Gosia Barczak brings 10 years of experience in the field of dentistry, and has collaborated with Dr. Engelberg on over 150 cosmetic cases. Gosia has attended courses from multiple dentists in the field of cosmetic dentistry, occlusion, bonding, esthetics, treatment planning, and case presentation. Gosia’s ability to relate to patients and make them feel welcome in Dr. Engelberg’s practice is something that all assistants taking the course will be able to observe. Gosia works with Kasia on all larger cosmetic cases to provide the best care for patients in Dr. Engelberg’s practice.
